Oh Paris, why you so beautiful? I've lost count of the times I've visited the city of Lights in the past 5 years yet every trip is different. Fashion Week or not, this city never seizes to amaze me with its unique vibes and cosmopolitan aura. Even though I am not very fond of Parisian people (not all of them, but a very big amount of) as they tend to treat me badly/rudely, I can't stay away from this beautiful city. I should probably blame it on the croissants. Or the ultra-stylish women for that matter.

This was hands-down my best PFW season to date..and busiest. I believe you followed my week on Insta-stories & Snapchat, but even if you didn't I'm sharing a photo roundup of my highlights below.

When it comes to designer collections (cause that's why we go to Fashun Week for, right?), one of my personal favorites was Off-White just because;  a. Virgil is a genius and who isn't obsessing over his baggy jeans atm, and b. cause by being in the same room as his squad - Kim & Kanye included - I felt too cool for school.

Another highlight was Maria Grazia Chiuri's stellar debut collection for Dior - no, fellas I didn't attend the show, but I was lucky enough to be invited to the re-see a few days later AND touch every single piece with my own hands. How can I resist those dreamy princess-y dresses paired with men's boxers or the J'ADIOR sling-backs? I mean.

I fell head-over-heels for Esteban Cortazar empowering yet beautiful draping designs, as well as Veronique Leroy's retro-inspired collection (the massive Plexi glasses are definitely on my SS wishlist). And yeah, Kim Ellery gets the Best Flare Pant Award of the season. No doubt about that.

I finally (!) got to see from up close the shoes I was obsessing over since NYFW by Robert Clergerie for Self Portrait (out in February ladies) and got massive sporty vibes by all the sexy ladies parading on the runway in Barbara Bui.

One of the greatest designer discoveries was certainly Magda Butrym. I knew I loved her designs, but visiting the showroom and actually touching the clothes was something different. From the combination of fabrics, to the meticulous detailing, I don't think there's a modern lady out there who can resist her.

It was also the first time my boyfriend joined me on such a trip - and possibly the last. Even though I loved having him around as he made me forget about FW frenzy for a while, I barely had time to enjoy the city with him. I wish we could get lost in Montmartre, explore the Louvre and have a cheesy picnic under the Eiffel Tower. Yes, I can be a hopeless romantic sometimes. At least I had the hottest date at the L'Oreal Paris #GoldObsession party ;)

I just wanna thank all the brands who trusted me this season and all the people who helped me make it through this week of craziness (you know who you are) cause I couldn't have done it without you. I mean it.

P.S. Oh, and don't forget to check out all my PFW looks here

Till next time Paris.. x
